Our Return & Exchange Policy:

We thrive on happy customers! We truly hope you love our products as much as we love making them. Because we specialize in hand-created educational products, we unfortunately do not offer returns or exchanges. If your purchase arrives damaged, missing, or incorrect, please use the Replacement Portal link below to request a replacement and we will fix the issue right away, free of cost.
How to start a replacement request if your item arrives damaged, missing, or incorrect:
1. Click here to open our Replacement Portal to start a request
2. You will receive a printable prepaid shipping label that is available to you once we receive your replacement request and you ship back any damaged or incorrect product (if applicable).
3. Give your damaged or incorrectly delivered item to your postal carrier, drop off at any USPS facility, or schedule a pickup at usps.com (if applicable).
For damaged or incorrectly delivered products: The original item must be returned back to us using our FREE shipping label and the replacement order will be shipped to you 1-3 business days after we receive the original item. You will receive a tracking email once the replacement order ships.

For missing products: Your replacement order will be shipped 1-3 business days after your request has been received. You will receive a tracking email once the replacement order ships.
